Career Fair Guidebook Advertising Reservation Form

For Employers and Graduate & Professional Schools

Thank you for your interest in advertising with us. We developed our advertising program as a cost-effective way to help you establish or maintain a successful recruiting partnership with our school. Whether your organization plans to participate in one of our fairs, or not, purchasing an advertisement can enhance your visibility on-campus and can serve as a vehicle for reaching the Princeton student audience.

Enhance campus visibility.

There are approximately 5,000 undergraduate students and 2,500 graduate students at Princeton University. Our fairs are open to all students and are widely advertised. Fair guidebooks are distributed to all attendees and additional copies are distributed across campus to academic departments and to students who visit our office. Advertisers will also receive additional visibility by having their organization's name appear (along with a promotional message about the fair) on four, 42” television screens located at all the entrances and within the recruiting center of our new Career Services facility.

To reserve and purchase advertising space in one of our widely distributed Fair Guidebook publications, please choose from one of the following publications and ad sizes listed below:

All measurements listed above are for live image area. *All half-page ads are horizontal. Due to limited quantity, reservations for inside cover pages and centerfold will be confirmed in the order they are received.

**Nonprofit organizations will receive a $150 discount off any ad size. All organizations will receive a $200 discount for advertising in multiple books (when purchasing two ads, half page size or larger)
