Event Description

Figuring out your future can be stressful. If you find yourself feeling lost, overwhelmed or uncertain about how to even begin thinking about or exploring career options, you’re not alone.

Cohort groups are a supportive space for students to explore topics that may be holding you back in your career exploration process (fears, anxieties, doubts, imposter syndrome) and build practices and mindsets for better well-being as you move forward. This cohort group will be small in size and meetings will be discussion-based.

Participants commit to attending three weekly meetings:

Tues., Nov. 10, 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Tues., Nov. 17, 4:30- 6:00 p.m.

Tues., Nov. 24, 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Zoom information will be sent to registered students after November 3.

Please note: On November 17, a special alumni guest, Hans Hageman '80, life purpose and performance coach, will talk about his career trajectory and lead breathwork exercises with students. More information including Hans' bio is available at https://princeton.joinhandshake.com/events/570940

Register by November. 3.
